Neurodivergent Wellness Tool

Have you found it hard to find a digital tool that works for you? There are so many different apps and websites but finding one that works with your brain can be a challenge. I created a digital wellness hub that can help you stay on top of your every day routines, tasks, emotions, energy, habits, and self-care.

This is a PDF file that can be used in note-taking apps that allow annotation. Or, you can print it out and use it by hand!

I’m going to walk you through each page to show you the features, and how to use this in your day to day!

One of the great things about this tool is that you can duplicate pages, or delete pages, to only use the sections you need or that work best for you.

On the right hand side of each page is a navigation bar. Each section in the navigation bar is linked to the section start page. This way you can easily click on the section and it will take you there!

Each section has a start page, like the one to the left ⬅ You can put pictures here, quotes, whatever you like to customize it!

This is essentially your profile page. You can put a picture of yourself and enter your information to make your hub personalized to you!

Using this digitally makes it super easy to customize to your needs. Duplicate a page when you need another weekly calendar, delete habit trackers if you don’t want to track habits.

The Task Bank is a place for you to list things you usually do or schedule in your week. You can then use this for reference when filling in your weekly calendar, or your routines!

If you want to track different habits, you can do this here. Each week write down the habits you want to focus on and color in the days you complete the habit!

Keep track of your goals! If you want to write down goals for several areas of your life i.e. work, health, relationships, etc., just duplicate the page and have a page for each area.

Pay attention to your emotions by tracking your mood each month. Color in each circle to correspond with the emoji you’re feeling that day. Over time, notice patterns!

Since our energy levels can fluctuate and greatly affect our day to day life, using this tracker helps you assess your energy and be mindful of how you take care of yourself.

The Sensory Profile is a place for you to keep record of your sensory needs, favorite sensory skills, or most helpful sensory tips and tricks.

Write it down! Whether it’s a brain dump, lists, doodles, dreams, etc. Easily duplicate to have as many pages as you need!
